He he...seems like this might be your reaction to the title of this post. But yes real estate in domains, is what i about to write here.After all what is primary job of a real estate agent?? Buy a land, then develop it and sell it at a higher price.

Similarly, you can buy a domain, develop it and then sell it at higher price!!! Interesting right...

By the word 'developing', what i meant was by building a good website!!!

Now whats a good website?? Is it the site whose web pages are very attractive with all the flash impressions??NO, not at all...

A website with a good page rank is often treated as a good website...

So, buy a domain, develop a website,improve its page rank and sell it at very higher price....Start all over again with a new fresh domain!!!

Now how do you improve the page rank...tats the important question over here!!!
One most important way of doing it is by having as many number of backlinks to your website!!!

That is, the more of links that point to your web site, the better is your ranking. So, post a link to your website at all possible places. you can place it as a signature of your post in all the forums that you post. Also meet out owners of similar websites and exchange your links.Also donot neglect to visit here . Its very useful!!!
